Concept 01



In this concept, I have used an upward stroke so that it focuses
the Company's vision towards plantation of more and more trees.
The stroke is kept simple and upward to indicate Progression.

The Colour selection of Orange+Green / Green+Light Green is
to show the nature as it is. Its also to show the purity or freshness.
Green is more towards eco-freindly environment and Orange is tender
and fresh.















The strokes as "Life" evokes from the letter "E" just to keep it simple
by keeping it the centre of focus.The font chosen here is Adobe 
Garamond which is a post script fontas it has an simple yet an 
elegant look. This font can be more associated by nature.


















Concept 02


In this concept, I have used the ketter "V" as the focus area as it
has two wings from which the form emerges out in a shape of 
leaves. Kepping the same font I have tried to work out and play 
with the form and the letters.


The leaves are shown as if they are evolving as a natural process 
and people are not preserving them and the company wants to portray 
its massage through this form.

Concept 03
This concept has a very basic and a simplistic approach of
a leaf which shows a sort of stability in the environment. 
Stability is also a key aspect in conserving the habitat.






























After validating the concepts, I found out that the third concept
falls weak in representing a company which wants to preserve
nature. The first concept goes well with the brief to make a new start
to preserve what we already have and then gradually build new plants.

Arz kiya Hai......The other side of me....

1. Shaan savere tere aankhon tale, dekha ek jahan, baharon sa khila tha
phoolon sa saja tha, mehki hawah hoton se dil mein uttar aayi
Kaha na kuch usne bas yunhi katarake gayi

Behti hawah ko jo maine chooke dekha, Jiase ho gaya rangeen yeh saara jahan
Dekhi maine simti hui si pyar bhari duniya, Jahan se pare hian usa har rang,
har pehlu mein ek pal sa bandha hua.

Khwab jo maine dekhe, Un khwabon ki tasveer hain tu,
dil ne jisse apna maana woh dhadkan hain tu.

Jiski kami har pal mere dil mein thi, jiski tamana har pal mere dil ne ki,
Kaash woh kahin mil jaye mujhe, luta doon uspe saari khushiyan aur
pyar bhare nagme.



2. Raah mein usse jab mila, ek khamosh lamhe ki tarah, behti hawah sa
jo uski aankhon mein maine dekha, tham gaya waqt aur yeh jahan.

Jaise ki jal uthe hazaron diye, har taraf ho jaise phoolon se saji hui raahein,
tham loon tujhe isi jagah, lekar chaloon tujhe sang apne har jagah,

tu hi toh hian meri zindagi aur har tamana, tu hi aasman aur
tujhse hi mera jahan.





3. Tanha yun main chala duniya se rehke akela, Na kisine jaana na samjha.
Kyun hogi kisiko meri zaroorat, kaha khogayi meri ehmiyat darbadar
dhoondta raha.

Dheere dheere palke kholke zindagi ko jo dekha maine, zindagi ne mujhe
dekha aur has diya. Acha karm karni ki lagan, har pal madat karne ki tadap,
siwah dhoka aur mazak ke elawah kuch nahi mila.

Sochta hoon ki sabko do khushi, par kismat ko shayad yeh manzoor nahi,
dil rota hain abhi, chahta kuch aur hota kuch aur hi.

Concept 03 - Calendar for Kids recipes


In this concept, The calendar is given a shape of a bread which it more towards the liking of the kids. The whole layout is simple but the colours used attract the kids a lot as they are bright, fresh, and attractive.



Kids can place the calendar well within their reach, as it will come in a box and the calendar pages are attached to a single stick and all the pages will just revolve around the stick so the kids need to just flip one page as a month finishes.

This will be loved by the kids and they are also getting exciting recipes mostly of their own choice like cakes, milkshakes, ice creams etc.

In this Idea, I have kept the design & layout of the calendar is gentle and soft. The layout is gentle unlike the mug design where it had to be vibrant, enthusiastic. But here the approach is different according to the target audience.

The colours are also gentle an soft in order to create a homely atmosphere.

In this concept, I have blended nostalgia with modernization. England and Hovis share similar features. England as a country is historical, heritage, royal and so is Hovis. So I have put a picture of Tower Bridge in London as its a mark of royalty and class....people from all over the globe come here to see it.




I have kept the tower bridge in monotone and the rest is jazzed up & made vibrant to show the blend of old and new. this will serve the purpose of a personalised approach to show Hovis is very close to its people.

Here, I took an approach of being "indirect" which is like for example - what will happen if a person is healthy or fit? - That person will be active, energetic, fresh, enthusiastic, aspiring, Goal oriented and so on.....

In this concept the strokes appears like wings spreading in all directions as show how a person will be once he is healthy and fit....

Step By Step - Initial explorations






Step By Step is initiative created by BUPA, England an health and Insurance company. To design a distinctive identity for the new health program called ‘Step by Step’, for
University of Birmingham, UK.

The aim of this project is to make the staff walk, for a better health and for a better work
quality. The goal of this project is to make its employees more active and efficient by participating in the walk program atleast 30 mins and three times a day.

To create an Identity for Step By Step and to make it stand out from other running and walking programs.

BACKGROUND :
The program is a research project sponsored by the BUPA Foundation.
BUPA is a largest British healthcare organization. It offers policies to individuals, companies,
organizations and around half of Britain's top companies are presently BUPA customers. It is an
internationally established health insurance and care company with services that include Travel
insurance, health insurance, care homes, health assessments, occupational health services and
childcare.

A study on how The brand has evolved itself like for instance one thing which required for a brand to make its mark for longer times is to keep an emotional attachment with its consumers. Hovis in my opinion followed a stringent path towards Branding building by creating that emotional bond with its consumers with creating well thought over Ads and campaigns.
